CONDITIONS OF GRANT: I hereby verify that I have read the guidelines for the study grant program of the Southern Baptist Historical Library and Archives, Council of Seminary Presidents, SBC. If I am a recipient of a grant I agree to place in the Southern Baptist Historical Library and Archives a copy of the [circle one: dissertation, thesis, monograph, or other document] developed from research project for which a grant is received. I agree to submit this copy within twenty-four months after the grant is received unless an extension is granted. If after three years a copy of the completed study has not been submitted, or an extension approved by the Director of the Library and Archives, I understand that the grant will be considered a loan and I will repay the grant plus 8% interest per annum.
